Honduras Real Estate can offer you two different ways of collaboration to the sale of your property:
1) Working as an real estate agency
We don’t ask for exclusivity! We…
1 …build a web page for your property. (Seller will provide all photos and info).
2 …place an ad in one of the carousel in our home page.
3 …inform all potential customers in our database about the new property for sale.
4 …reply to the messages from interested people in Spanish, English, Italian and French.
5 …organize the visits to the property only after being assured that we are dealing with a serious persons. (For the showing, we will need the collaboration of the owner or of the person who take care its property to avoid charges of transportation).
6 …accompany buyer and seller until the first step and payment of the transaction. (If required, additionally, we can conduct all the legal process with one of our lawyers of trust).
– Cost: $45 (one time payment).
– Commission: We charge a 5% on the sale price, only if we found the buyer, when he makes the first payment. We don’t ask any amount if the seller or other agency sells the property, we don’t ask exclusivity.
2) Selling your property for yourself

2 …host it in our web site for all the time you need to sell your property.

– The cost: $75 (one time payment · for unlimited time).
